Returns
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a reliable experience for every customer. Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and kept in its original condition along with the packaging and invoice. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product so our team can review and assist you promptly.
Products that have already been used, installed, or altered in any manner cannot be returned. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or installation. Requests made beyond the specified return window may not be eligible for approval.
To request a return, please write to us with your order number, product details, and a brief explanation of the issue. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, sharing clear photos will help us assess the concern faster. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions for pickup or shipping.
Replacements
If the returned product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, a suitable replacement will be arranged based on product availability. The replacement process will be initiated after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in cases where a product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be arranged, or when a return request has been approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery. Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds are generally processed within 5β7 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment providerβs processing timelines.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest with your order details so we can assist you accordingly.
